Gates Mills Master Bath & Bed Remodel
John & Patti were looking to take advantage of a large and unused bed and bath space within their sprawling ranch style home. The space offered two bedrooms with little to no closet space and a poorly designed Jack-and-Jill bath in between. Patti found our company working at a nearby project in Gates Mills, so she asked our workers how she can get in touch with someone to look at their project, we sprung into action and got to work. During the design phase, we managed to recreate the bath and a small walk-in closet space into a spacious new bath and walk-in closet (closet now enters directly from the bedroom). The bath includes a beautiful tiled roll-in shower, two sinks and a separate toilet area; all designed to meet their aging-in-place needs. The second bedroom was updated by adding a much-needed closet. All bedrooms and adjoining hallway included new electrical devices and lighting, painting and new carpet installed. They both love their new master suite!

Roy & Dawn are empty nesters now, they love their home and do not want to move. They no longer wanted to climb stairs to reach their existing bedroom and bath on the second floor, and wanted a master suite on the first floor, a real private get-away spot in their home with all the comforts. Finding enough space within their existing homes footprint wasn’t a possibility, so we added an addition at the rear of their home taking advantage of their yards park-like views, and to accommodate a nice sized bedroom area, sitting room, a his/her walk-in closet, and spacious bath that included a custom tiled steam shower with heated bath floors. We also converted an old empty storage space in their garage for a first-floor laundry/mechanical room, and renovated a guest bedroom into Roy’s new home office… they are so happy with the finished product. The overall design, specifically the exterior design elements are not fancy, as we had to maintain the local architectural review board requirements, but we feel we accomplished the goal of making the addition match the existing homes architecture very nicely.

Chagrin Falls House Renovation
This home suffered through a burst water line in the second floor master bath on Christmas Eve, which destroyed the master bath/bed area, the kitchen, laundry and half below the master bath was also destroyed, as well as the finished basement (rec area) suffered extensive damage. We completely rebuilt this home from top to bottom, adding in some custom details, as well as remodeling some other areas of the home that weren’t damaged, like the kids bath and bedrooms. We completed the whole project in a short few months, as we wanted to get them back into their home as soon as possible.

We re-designed and remodeled not one, but two baths for our clients, demoing and rebuilding one bath at a time, so that they can use one bath as we rebuilt the other. The daughter’s bath was a tiny and very out-dated space, previously used as a Jack & Jill bath with an under-utilized closet between the bath and main hallway. We closed off both Jack & Jill doors that lead into the bath from each bedroom, and captured more space from the closet and made that the primary entrance from the main hallway into the new bath. Some of the features include a new tub with tiled walls, tub/shower fixtures and custom glass enclosure, and expansive linen closet, they love it!

South Euclid Master Bedroom& Bath Remodel
Our long-time clients wanted to us to finish their last remaining project in their home. After remodeling and expanding their kitchen, remodeling their first floor, and remodeling their second floor bath, they wanted to basically blow up, re-design and update their bed/bath area.

This particular client had master bath that was sorely needing an update, from the late dreary 80’s look to a more modern and brighter appearance.

This project involved a complete demo and rebuild of an original bath for home built circa 1920’s. In general, we replaced all of the plumbing and electrical for the bath, reframe the bath floor, insulate the bath walls, new drywall finishes, new cabinets, countertop, flooring and of course the new custom tiled shower. We also installed new LED lighting and completed some electrical repairs throughout their basement.
