Our clients mother was living with them, and they wanted to provide her a private place to live, but still be close. They lived on a spacious property in Chagrin Falls (Auburn Township), so there was room to expand and add a large addition to accommodate their mother’s needs. Being mindful to comply with zoning requirements, we had to make several changes to the overall design that would make both the zoning department and our clients happy, we accomplished all of those goals and then some. We designed and built a large family room and space for a future kitchenette, bedroom with walk-in closet and a large bath that included a soaking tub, vanity and toilet, and beautiful custom tiled shower built for future handicap accessible needs. Plus, we included a two car garage, a large loft above the garage and partial basement a crawl foundation for loads of storage space. They are so happy with the finished project. Here are some of the products that we installed: Homecrest Launter Maple (Porter) bath vanity cabinets, 3cm quartz bath vanity countertop, Coretc Plus Enhanced Canary Oak luxury vinyl flooring throughout the main living areas, Stone Project – Sand Falda 12×24 shower wall tile installed vertically, Moroccan Concrete – Off White 1 ½ x 1 ½ floor tile for the shower with 2’x3’ accent wall, 2 Marmiline Ivory soap shelves and Mocha grout for all shower tile, Stone Project – Sand Falda 12×24 bath floor tile with Mocha grout, same tile for the tub deck and wall surround, and Delta plumbing fixtures.
