Cleveland Heights Bath Remodel

This project involved a complete demo and rebuild of an original bath for home built circa 1920’s. It was a good decision that we did demo/rebuild this bath, as the plumbing, electrical and structure was in poor condition and had to be replaced. The major change was the removal of the original cast iron tub and plumbing fixtures and install a custom tiled shower, which our client loves, as makes it easier for them to get in and out of the shower. In general, we replaced all of the plumbing and electrical for the bath, reframe the bath floor, insulate the bath walls, new drywall finishes, new cabinets, countertop, flooring and of course the new custom tiled shower. We also installed new LED lighting and completed some electrical repairs throughout their basement. Here are some of the products we installed: Homecrest Dover Maple cabinets in Willow (gray), 3cm white Carrara marble countertop, Mayfair-Statuario Venato matte finish 24×24 floor tile with Dove Gray grout, Mayfair-Statuario Venato polished finish 12×24 on the shower walls with Dove Gray grout, 2×2 matte finish basketweave mosaic on the shower floor with Dove Gray grout, Crystal White quartz pieces for the shower seat/curb/soap dishes, custom glasswork for the shower enclosure and the mirror above the vanity, Moen Dartmoor shower and vanity fixtures, Mansfield vanity sink, and American Standard toilet.

Here’s what our clients had to say: “We had a bathroom that was shabby, outdated, and barely functional. Now, under Jack Dever’s guidance, the bathroom and infrastructure have been brought into the 21st century. It is such a pleasure to use! Mr. Dever managed all the details in a timely way and stayed on budget. There wasn’t a day without a phone call or text or email from him detailing the progress of the remodel. Plus, when we had a question he responded immediately. We recommend him without reservation.” Hilton & Sheila M.
