Changing family needs and a desire for a modern and larger kitchen paved the way to designing a larger kitchen that is stunning and much more functional. We expanded the kitchen into an under-utilized dining room by removing a wall. The dining area was moved into the large living room, and a wall built with glass pocket doors between the new expanded kitchen and new dining area. We installed a new island with eating area, a window seat area next to the island, a full wall of pantry cabinets and a banquet area with upper glass cabinets for displaying fine glass work. Here are some of the products we installed: Homecrest Bexley maple white cabinets, 3cm quartz Black Pearl Leather countertops, Expression 3×6 Daylight Gloss backsplash tile in the kitchen with bright white grout, Casabella Estate Birch Pisa prefinished hardwood flooring installed throughout most of the first floor, Slate Multicolor 12×12 floor tile with Light Smoke grout for the bath and back hallway, Blanco Stellar undermount stainless steel kitchen sink, Moen Arbor kitchen faucet with pull-out sprayer, American Standard pedestal sink and Moen Brantford faucet for the bath.
Here’s what our clients had to say: “Jack is a pleasure to work with! He is professional, organized and a great communicator. He re-did our entire first floor and has now started projects upstairs. We are very pleased with the quality of work and his ability to finish jobs on schedule. I would highly recommend him!” Neil & Amy B.
